The villa can accomodate up to 10 people. It is a typical old Tuscany villa, restored same years ago. It is a two-storey house (about 200 mq. in total): the ground floor includes a large dining and sitting room, a kitchen with dishwasher and all other domestic appliances and an open fireplace, a store room with the washmachine, a bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds.

Upstairs include three bedrooms with king size beds, and one bedroom with one single bed and a bathroom with bathtub and shower and toilet, etc. There are in total 10 bedplaces and 2 bathrooms. All upstairs bedrooms have airconditioning.

In the dining and sitting room you find TV and Vcr and SAT connection: so you can watch many channels (CNN, BBC, CNBC, movies chan.) in English languadge.

Heating is by baseboard electric units controlled by room thermostats. There is the telephone line and Internet connection. The house is surrounded by a spacious outdoor area and garden, with a barbecue and a big oven, where it is possible to bake pizza. A wonderful private swimming pool is situated just in the middle of the garden.
